Due to my laziness, it has been quite some time since I last blogged. Exams are finally over and I'm having my holidays now. Because there are so many projects and reports to be done, I wouldn't say that I'm enjoying my holidays. I'm trying to finish them up as soon as possible so that I can party afterwards. I don't really like last minute work as it stresses me out a lot.

I've already started on my WFB report. For the umpteen times, I want to thank Jian Hong again for providing me with ideas and answers. He thinks really fast and how I wish I could be like him. I guess I've got to learn how to embrace my other traits. 

T.Party

On last Friday, my friends and I went to Tampines ITE for T.Party. It was like a mini club and boy, was it hot! I wanted to dance so badly but I couldn't because I was in heels. Everyone looked like wild party animals and it was really a fun night. We then headed to Jalan Kayu for supper with like 10 people. Wei Ling went back home with me and she slept in my house that night.

Movie and lunch

Yesterday, I met up with my BFFs for movie and pepper lunch. We caught New Year's Eve, the movie was not bad. Actually, I was admiring NYC's skyline the whole time because it's absolutely breathtaking.

Lost a friend

There's another matter I want to talk about. Have you ever lost a friend before? What does it feel like to lose a friend? It wasn't my fault to begin with. Since it's just a case of misunderstanding, you would think that everything will be fine again, don't you? But the problem here is that he/she doesn't want to make things better because of stubbornness. It's sad and really stupid at the same time. It's hard to believe at first. It's hard to believe that the friend you just lost was talking to you in person the day before. I don't want to care anymore. I think I'll get over it with lots of time passing.

Simin and I caught The Adventures of Tin Tin yesterday. It was a good movie. Well, of course it has to be good because it's directed by Steven Spielberg!

After the movie, we chilled at AMK hub's Coffee Bean. We ordered one shot of espresso and one piece of tiramisu. The espresso was so bitter. I never had coffee before so that was actually my first time drinking it. The most ironic thing is that I did a report on Starbucks for my BZE CA1 when I was still a coffee virgin. I even got an A for that!

I went out to catch the In Time with my BFFs at the Cathay yesterday. The movie was so awesome, I really liked it a lot. I brought my laptop out with me so I expected us to take a lot of photos and we really did. My hands tend to tremble when I use an iPhone to take photos, so laptop it shall be.

Well, I finally kicked my laziness and uploaded a total of 6 photo albums on Facebook after I got home.

This is my new aviator sunglasses that I bought it from 77 street at Junction 8. The main reason why I bought it is because it actually stays on my nose. Of all the sunglasses that I have worn, this is actually the first one that won't slide down from my nose. Come to think of it, it's quite sad.

Yay, tests are finally over! No more of studying 'til late nights and having only 5 hours of sleep everyday. What's even better is that there's no school tomorrow and on Monday!

I had only 1 hour and 45 mins of school today so there's nothing much that I can talk about. All right, I need to mention this. I saw Mr. Sam's wife, Bibi, sitting at the foyer in school today. I shouted her name from above and she seemed happy to see me. There was a jazz performance going on at the foyer and I just got to know from her that the jazz singer is her sister, so I think she was there to support her.

Why am I thinking about the times we had in Sumatra again?

First of all, happy halloween!

School was nothing much today. After having 2 hours of HRA class in the morning, we went to the foyer to watch some halloween performances. I bought famous Amos cookies and a can of green tea to support bestie J's booth. I was supposed to go check out the haunted house but the long queue turned me off. My friends and I actually wanted to watch a horror movie at the auditorium but we couldn't go in because it was full. What a bummer. So, Wei Ling, Angelo, Hadi and I just sat outside the auditorium and used our laptops. Mr. Sam walked past us. I don't know why but seeing him just makes feel me sad because I really miss my Sumatra trip friends a lot. Sigh, but it's okay because I will be seeing them again on the 9 of November in my school. I can't wait for that day to arrive.

Now, let's get back to the topic. So we sat there until the gates finally opened at 12pm. Syazana, Janelle, Nissha and I then headed to a hair salon at Woodlands. When I was at Bishan MRT station (red line) waiting for the train to arrive, I saw Faiz who is one of my Sumatra trip friends. Anyway, we chatted all the way to Yishun where his school is located at. I was so happy to see him again. I'm really looking forward to seeing all of them when that day arrives.

So after spending 2 to 3 hours at the salon, I finally had my hair dyed red. It's of medium-dark red. I'm loving my new hair. Syazana did treatment and Janelle had her hair cut slightly shorter.

After I got home, I FaceTimed bestie Z from my MacBook Pro to her iPhone. I even ate in front of her! It was so fun. All right, I have to go to bed now. Good night, unicorns and humans.

Fuck today. I woke up insanely pissed off this morning and I couldn't even articulate it. Who do you think you are, mother fucker?

Anyway, I would like to thank Jessica Cher for being such an amazing best friend. She immediately texted me after she saw my angry tweets about the matter on Twitter. I feel a lot better now after ranting everything to her.

It's 12.51 AM and I'm still not yet asleep. Since I've got nothing to do right now, so why not blog? I was thinking if I should do a blog post on my Sumatra trip which I went for 2 weeks in September.

Anyway, bestie Z has finally got her hands on her brand spanking new iPhone 4S. She had been talking about it days before the phones were released. Oh man, I'm so gonna bombard Siri with lame questions on Monday until it self destructs. I cannot wait.

I've been thinking about what to write in my third paragraph for this post for the past 8 minutes and I still can't think of anything. Since my bed is calling me now, I'm going to end my post here. Good night.

I decided not to attend school today because I wasn't prepared for the HRA test. A week was not enough for me to study 11 sub topics when I kept getting distracted by my laptop.  To be honest, this is actually my first time skipping school since I came to ITE. What an achievement, should I be proud of myself? Yes, I think I should be because what I did today was just spending my whole afternoon on studying SVE. At least I spent my day at home doing something useful.

On another note, I really want to go to USS with my friends for halloween night but the tickets are so expensive. I've already spent a lot last week and the week before. But if I could go, I would definitely love to dress up as a cat.

All right, I think I need to get back to my books now as I've two progress tests next week.

And so, I'm back to blogging. I've decided to create this new blog and ditch the old one as it doesn't contain any good memories anyway.

School is being a bitch. There are lots of upcoming tests to study for and I feel that we aren't given enough time to study them.

I don't think I can afford to slack these few days. In order to maintain my GPA of 3.5, I've to work double hard for this term. I got 3 distinctions and a bloody C for last term. I really want to make it into the director's list. Who can I blame but myself?

November is coming in 5 days time; this year moves really fast.
